From the Dolomites to East Croydon; a rather grand title to describe my return to British soil. I was supposed to organize a hike from Farnham, but engineering works on the railway network prevented us from reaching the starting point. Bob saved the day (it was absolutely splendid) by taking us on a walk through the hills of Croydon: Lloyd Park, Addington, Little Headwoods, and finishing at Coombe Park, looping back to East Croydon.

The day was truly enjoyable, filled with interesting discussions on books, trees, films, and adventurous travels. As per tradition, we ended with a pint at the pub before saying our goodbyes.
